摘要

为了分析U型膨胀剂(U-type Expqnsive Agant for Concrete,简写UEA)和粉煤灰(F)在水泥基材料中双掺时,对抗压强度是否有促进作用,对单掺UEA、单掺粉煤灰和双掺UEA及粉煤灰的建筑砂浆试件的抗压强度与不掺的基准组试件进行对比研究.结果表明:单独掺入UEA,在120 d龄期之内不能获得比基准组试件较高的抗压强度,反而会使7d龄期的抗压强度降低.与同龄期单掺F的试件相比,单掺UEA的试件强度降低的程度要更大.大水胶比不利于UEA试件强度的发展.双掺试件的整体强度均低于各单掺试件和不掺的基准组试件的抗压强度.双掺对试件的抗压强度没有表现出促进作用,反而表现出抑制作用.UEA膨胀剂对试件强度的增强作用主要受到了W/B的影响,其次是F掺量的影响.

Abstract

In order to analyze whether the addition of UEA expansive agent and fly ash(F)can improve the compressive strength of cement-based materials,the compressive strength of mortar specimens with add UEA,fly ash and without UEA and fly ash is tested.The results are as follows.The compressive strength of add UEA is not higher than that of the reference specimens in 120 days,on the contrary,it will reduce the compressive strength of the 7 d age specimens.Com-pared with single-doped F specimens of the same age,the strength of the single-doped UEA specimens are lower.Which indicated that the large W/B was still unfavorable to the strength development of UEA specimens.The overall strengths of the double-doped specimens are lower than that of the single-doped specimens and the undoped reference specimens.Therefore,the double doping does not promote the compressive strength of the specimens,but inhibits it.It is indicated that the strength enhancement of UEA expansive agent is mainly affected by W/B,and then by the content of F.
