There are two ways to consider the internal pressure.One is to design impervious lining using surface force,emphasizing the cracking resistance of the lining,the other is to design pervious lining using physical force,consider-ing that the lining and surrounding rock share the internal pressure after cracking.In this work,both the surface force model and physical force model were used to simulate the stress state of lining before and after cracking.The bearing ratio of internal water pressure,the lining stress and crack width were analysed.The results showed that the bearing capacity of the lining was not fully utilized after cracking.And strengthening the bearing capacity and anti-seepage capacity of the consolidated grout was an effective way to improve the stability of the pressurized tunnel.Compared with strengthening the lining structure,it was more economical and reasonable to propose higher impermeability and load ca-pacity requirements for the consolidated grout ring in case of the accident internal pressure conditions exceeding the Norwegian criteria.
