摘要

为充分发挥堆石混凝土重力坝低水泥用量、施工干扰小等优势,并验证其可行性,依托贵州省石坝河水库堆石混凝土重力坝,通过加大横缝间距、大仓面浇筑施工,基于工程设计资料、施工工艺及全过程温度监测成果,对大坝筑坝材料热力学性能进行分析、大坝施工期工作性态仿真计算,并评估大坝结构整体安全性.分析结果表明:通过初期蓄水运行情况反馈及安全监测,大坝防渗、整体安全可以得到保障,表明堆石混凝土大仓面浇筑方式是可行的.堆石混凝土大仓面整体浇筑方式,对减小施工干扰、加快施工进度、降低水化热温升等有利,同时经济效益显著,可为类似工程建设提供参考.

Abstract

In order to fully understand the advantages of rock-filled concrete with low cement content and friendly envi-ronment,the construction of large bin surface pouring is verified by increasing the spacing of transverse joints.Based on the rockfill concrete gravity dam of Shibahe Reservoir in Guizhou Province and the engineering design data,construction technology and temperature monitoring results of the whole process,the overall safety of the dam structure is evaluated through analysis of the thermodynamic properties of dam construction materials and the simulation calculation of the work-ing behavior of the dam during construction.Through the feedback of the initial water storage operation and safety moni-toring,the seepage prevention and overall safety of the dam can be guaranteed,which indicates that the large bin surface pouring method of rockfill concrete is feasible.The integrated pouring method of large bin surface of rockfill concrete is beneficial to reducing construction interference,speeding up construction progress and reducing hydration heat tempera-ture rise,and has significant economic benefits,which could provide good reference for similar projects.
