摘要
为探明钢板-混凝土组合桥面板(SCCD)组合梁的抗弯性能与传力机理,明确组合桥面板底钢板的受力作用,建立经理论计算和试验模型验证的SCCD组合梁和普通钢混组合梁实体单元模型,并对比两者的受力性能.结果表明:与理论分析和模型试验结果相比,建立的实体单元模型计算结果的误差均在10%以内;将弹性设计方法与实体有限元计算结果进行对比,两种方法得到的SCCD组合梁屈服荷载和弹性极限刚度仅差5.17%和5.79%;由荷载-挠度曲线可知,SCCD组合梁破坏时,由于底部钢板的作用,使混凝土的荷载下降段较平缓,且应变增长量较大,而普通钢混组合梁下降段趋势明显.SCCD组合梁具有较好的延性和结构安全性.
Abstract
In order to investigate the bending performance and force transfer mechanism of steel-concrete composite deck(SCCD)composite girders,and clarify the stressing effect of the steel plate at the bottom of the composite deck,this work establishes the solid unit model of SCCD composite girders and ordinary steel-concrete composite girders,and compares the stressing performance of the two girders on the basis of the theoretical analysis and experimental validation of the accuracy of the model.The results are as follows.Compared with the theoretical analysis and model test results,the error of the solid unit model is within 10%,which indicates that the solid finite element modeling method of the combined beam in this paper has high feasibility and accuracy.Comparing the elastic design method with the solid fi-nite element calculation results,the yield load and the elastic ultimate stiffness of the SCCD combined beams obtained by the two methods are only 5.17%and 5.79%,indicating that the elastic design method can be applied to the strength and stiffness checking of the elastic phase of the SCCD composite beams.From the load-deflection curve,it can be seen that,when the SCCD composite beams are damaged,due to the action of the steel plate at the bottom,the load drop section of the concrete is more gentle and the strain growth is larger,while the trend of the drop section of the ordinary steel-hybrid composite beams is obvious,which indicates that the SCCD composite beams have a good ductility and structural It shows that SCCD beams have better ductility and structural safety.
