黄土固化剂及固化土养护液的配方优化研究

摘要
为提高土体固化剂加固新疆伊犁州黄土的固化效果,通过正交试验及AHP-CRITIC主客观综合赋权法,进行黄土土体固化剂及固化土养护液配方优化试验,优化结果为:得到土体固化剂及固化土养护液的配方及各组分的优属度,在 12%水泥掺量条件下,MBER土体固化剂的最优配合比为 9%石灰、2%石膏、0.3%硫酸钠、0.3%硅酸钠、0.3%明矾、1.2%减水剂,其 7d龄期的饱水无侧限抗压强度为3.23 MPa,干燥无侧限抗压强度为 10.23 MPa,软化系数为 0.32;固化土养护液的最优配合比为 0.10 mol/L碳酸氢钠溶液、0.04 mol/L硫酸钠溶液、2%纳米二氧化硅溶胶,其3d、7d和 14d的饱水无侧限抗压强度分别为1.88 MPa、3.76 MPa和5.22 MPa,其7d无侧限抗压强度相较于标准养护及纯水养护分别提高16.43%和13.00%,具有明显效果.
Abstract
In order to improve the stabilized effect of soil stabilizer on loess in Ili Prefecture,Xinjiang,the formula of soil stabilizer and stabilized soil curing liquid and the priority of each component were calculated by orthogonal test and AHP-CRITIC subjective and objective comprehensive weighting method.Under the condition of 12%cement content,the optimal mix ratio of MBER soil stabilizer is 9%lime,2%gypsum,0.3%sodium sulfate,0.3%sodium silicate,0.3%alum and 1.2%water reducing agent.The saturated unconfined compressive strength of 7 d age is 3.23 MPa,the dry unconfined compressive strength is 10.23 MPa,and the softening coefficient is 0.32.The optimal mixture ratio of stabilized soil curing liquid is 0.10 mol/L sodium bicarbonate solution,0.04 mol/L sodium sulfate solution and 2%nano-silica sol.The saturated unconfined compressive strength of 3 d,7 d and 14 d is 1.88 MPa,3.76 MPa and 5.22 MPa.Compared with standard curing and pure water curing,the 7 d unconfined compressive strength of the soil stabi-lized by this curing solution is increased by 16.43%and 13.00%,respectively.
