摘要
为推动港口码头智慧化建设,解决港口码头工程建设中人员管理能力差、危险源监测不到位、信息传递不通畅等问题,以山东港口青岛港前湾港区自动化码头三期工程为背景,采用信息化技术、物联网技术、人工智能技术等智慧化管理平台建设关键技术,针对港口码头工程智慧化工地建设各环节中智慧化应用不足问题,从智能防疫应用、安全管理应用、进度管理应用、质量管理应用、环境管理应用五个方面重点研究智慧化工地建设应用.工程实践表明,港口码头智慧化管理平台建设,可以有效提高施工质量、降低施工成本、保障施工安全.港口码头工程进行智慧化建设试点探索,达到了高效建设港口码头的效果.
Abstract
In order to promote the intelligent construction of port terminals and solve the problems of poor personnel man-agement ability,inadequate monitoring of hazardous sources,and poor information transfer in the construction of port ter-minal projects,the Phase III project of the automated terminal in the Qian Wan Port Area of Qingdao Port in Shandong Province is taken as the background,and the key technologies of the intelligent management platform construction such as informatization technology,Internet of Things technology and artificial intelligence technology are adopted to focus on the various aspects of the construction of intelligent chemical sites for the construction of intelligent chemical sites for the port terminal projects.In view of the problem of insufficient intelligent application in each link of intelligent chemical site construction of port terminal project,the research focuses on the application of intelligent chemical site construction in five aspects,namely,intelligent epidemic prevention application,safety management application,progress management application,quality management application,and environmental management application.Practice shows that,for the port terminal technical requirements,construction difficulty,multi-disciplinary cross and other difficult problems,build-ing intelligent,standardized,green construction concept can effectively improve construction quality,reduce construction costs,and protect construction safety.The pilot exploration case of intelligentized construction for port terminal project can provide reference and guidance for the construction of similar port terminal projects.
