摘要

由于复杂地质环境下传统围岩分级的局限性和不合理性,常常给隧道的施工成本控制和安全生产带来不确定因素.为优化隧道围岩分级评价体系,基于模糊数学理论,引入断面面积、开挖工法等工程施工因素指标,结合岩石强度、完整性系数、地下水状态、结构面特征、地应力等地质因素构建围岩分级评价指标体系及评价指标分级标准;应用层次分析法和熵权法确定各评价指标的综合最优权重值,建立隧道围岩分级的模糊综合评价模型,选取已建隧道相关断面进行围岩模糊综合评价.结果表明:采用模糊数学理论对隧道围岩进行模糊评价分级,实现了多类定性参数的定量化处置,提升了围岩评价的可靠性;引入相关工程施工因素作为围岩评价指标所获得的分级成果与实际揭示围岩较为一致.

Abstract

Given the limitations and irrationality of traditional rock mass classification in complex geological environ-ments,which often brings uncertain factors to the cost control and safety production of tunnel construction.In order to optimize the classification evaluation system of tunnel surrounding rock,a surrounding rock classification evaluation in-dex system and evaluation index classification standards were constructed based on the theory of fuzzy mathematics,en-gineering construction factors such as cross-sectional area,and excavation method were introduced,and combined with geological factors such as rock strength,integrity coefficient,groundwater status,structural plane characteristics and geostress.The Analytic Hierarchy Process and Entropy Weight Method were applied to determine the comprehensive optimal weight values of each evaluation index,and a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for tunnel surrounding rock classification was established.Select relevant sections of the constructed tunnel for fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of surrounding rock,through comparative analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:The fuzzy mathematical theory was used to evaluate and classify the surrounding rock of the tunnel,achieving the quantitative disposal of multiple qualitative parameters and improving the reliability of surrounding rock evaluation.The classification results obtained by introducing relevant engineering construction factors as surrounding rock evaluation indicators are consistent with the actual revealed surrounding rock.
