摘要

胶结坝技术具有就地取材造价低、施工简单工期短、漫顶不溃坝安全性高、减少弃渣环保好的优势.为确保普化水库胶结坝方案具有可靠的技术可行性和经济性,依据勘察设计资料结合设计方案优化过程,从大坝地形地质条件和天然建筑材料两方面进行适用性分析研究,并总结已建胶结坝工程特点.研究表明,胶结坝坝型对普化水库工程区的地形地质条件适应性强,坝体应力低,能够满足较软岩作为建基面的工程条件,设计过程要重点考虑库区料源和开挖料的可利用性.胶结坝在普化水库工程中应用是完全可行的,能够为工程建设带来良好的经济、环保、生态和社会效益.

Abstract

The cemented material dams technology boasts numerous advantages,including low construction costs through the utilization of local materials,simplicity in construction processes leading to shortened durations,high safety against overtopping without collapse,and improved environmental protection through minimized waste disposal.To en-sure the reliable technical feasibility and economic viability of the cemented material dams scheme for the Puhua reser-voir project,this work conducted a focused analysis and research on its applicability,taking into account both the topo-graphical and geological conditions of the dam site as well as the availability of natural building materials,based on survey and design data coupled with the optimization process of the design scheme.Additionally,the characteristics of existing cemented material dams projects were summarized.The research findings reveal that the cemented material dams exhibit a strong adaptability to the topographical and geological conditions of the Puhua reservoir project area,featuring low dam stress and the capability to accommodate softer rock as foundation plane.It is crucial during the de-sign phase to give full consideration to the availability of materials within the reservoir area and excavated materials,while the structure of the cemented material dams can be further optimized.In conclusion,the application of cemented material dams.In the Puhua reservoir project,it is deemed entirely feasible,promising substantial economic,environ-mental,ecological,and social benefits for the project.
