Interface Bonding Property of Thin Layer UHP-ECC with Existing Brick Wall
In the reinforcement and repair of existing brick masonry walls by ultra-high performance concrete(UHP-ECC),the excellent bonding performance between UHP-ECC and brick walls is the key to ensuring the reinforcement effect. Therefore,in order to explore the bonding performance of UHP-ECC-brick interface, the effects of interface roughness, interface wettability and organic fiber content on interface bonding performance were investigated by double-sided shear test. The results show that the 25 mm buckle seam increases the interface shear strength by 75.31%.The increase of interfacial wettability makes the interfacial bonding shear strength increase first and then decrease, and the interfacial bonding performance in the wet state is the best. When the fiber content is 2%,the bond shear strength of the natural surface and the 5 mm interface of the buckle joint is increased by 20.05%and 29.22%,respectively.The way of buckle seam can improve the interface roughness,so as to improve the interface bonding performance.
