摘要
为了满足应急施工要求和解决地下水对建筑结构造成的损害,提高材料的实用性和综合物理力学性能,提出以硫铝酸盐水泥为主,助剂为辅的应急堵漏复合材料,并进行正交试验分析.研究结果表明:当硫铝酸盐水泥、速凝剂、石英砂占粉料的80%、3%、10%时以及聚丙烯纤维、纤维素醚、VAE分散剂、氧化钙占粉料组份的3%、1%、8%、4%,水灰比按照0.35∶1,材料的初凝、终凝时间、1h抗折、抗压强度分别为1.8 min、5.3 min、4.5 MPa、26.58 MPa.当速凝剂掺量增加时,凝结时间、1h抗压抗折强度提升,当速凝剂掺量达到3%时,其凝结时间和1h抗压抗折强度均趋于稳定.当聚丙烯纤维掺量增加至3%时,试验结束后试块整体稳定,对结构修复起到缓冲作用,确保整体结构的稳定.当氧化钙掺量为4%时,应急堵漏材料自由膨胀率为0.31%之后趋于稳定,对材料的微膨胀起到保障作用并且材料自身的抗渗强度达到2.3 MPa.
Abstract
In view of the problems of engineering water gusher and leakage,an emergency plugging composite material is urgently needed to meet the emergency construction requirements and solve the damage caused by groundwater to the building structure,but there are still some shortcomings in the emergency plugging composite material used at present.In order to improve the practicability and comprehensive physical and mechanical properties of the material,an emergency plugging composite material based on sulfoaluminate cement and supplemented by auxiliaries was proposed.The orthogo-nal test analysis and research results are as follows.When sulfoaluminate cement,accelerator,quartz sand accounted for 80%,3%,10%of the powder,and polypropylene fiber,cellulose ether,VAE dispersant,calcium oxide accounted for 3%,1%,8%,4%of the powder composition,water-cement ratio according to 0.35∶1,The initial setting time,final setting time,1h bending strength and compressive strength of the material were 1.8 min,5.3 min,4.5 MPa and 26.58 MPa,respectively.When the content of accelerator increases,the setting time and 1h compressive and folding strength increase;when the content of accelerator reaches 3%,the setting time and 1h compressive and folding strength tend to be stable.When the polypropylene fiber content is increased to 3%,the test block is stable after the end of the test,which plays a buffer role in structural repair and ensures the stability of the overall structure.When the calcium oxide content is 4%,the free expansion rate of the emergency plugging material becomes stable after 0.31%,which guarantees the micro-expansion of the material and the impermeability strength of the material itself reaches 2.3 MPa.
