摘要

为研究采空区地基沉陷作用下埋地波纹管力学响应计算方法,基于彬长矿区输配水工程项目,分析采空区引起的地表沉降现象对埋地涵管的实际影响,对超出膨胀节制造协会(EJMA)标准的采空区埋地波纹管力学响应计算方法进行研究.首先,根据采空区的勘察数据,进行采空区地表沉降预测;然后,结合波纹管内力计算相关标准并对其应用范围进行扩展,近似获得理论计算的内力成果;最后,利用数值方法模拟波纹涵管内力分布情况,并将模拟结果与理论计算近似结果进行比对.发现理论计算与数值模拟的内力结果在分布和大小上基本一致,论证了理论计算方法的可行性.该计算方法将为后续波纹管道的力学响应研究提供参考.

Abstract

To investigate the mechanical response calculation method for buried corrugated pipes under the influence of foundation subsidence in mined-out areas,combined with the actual engineering project,the mechanical response cal-culation method of buried bellows in goaf beyond the EJMA calculation standard is analyzed.Firstly,the survey data of the goaf are sorted out,and the surface subsidence prediction of the goaf is carried out.Then,combined with the rele-vant standards for the calculation of the internal force of the bellows and extended its application range,the internal force results of the theoretical calculation are approximately obtained.Finally,the internal force distribution of corruga-ted culvert is simulated by numerical method,and the simulation results are compared with the approximate results of theoretical calculation.It is found that the internal force results of theoretical calculation and numerical simulation are basically the same in distribution and size,which proves the feasibility of theoretical calculation method.The results could provide references for the subsequent research on the mechanical response of corrugated pipelines.
