In the time of digital economy,the technology-based new ventures have increasingly become the decis-ive force to promote China's tech progress and high-quality economic development.Based on the dynamic capabil-ity theory,this paper discusses the impact of dynamic capability on technology-based new venture competitive ad-vantage,and constructs a moderating effect model to test the moderating effects of environmental dynamics and en-trepreneurial orientation.Using data collected from 206 technology-based new ventures in Jiangxi province,this research finds that both opportunity identification capability and resource integration capability have significant positive impact on technology-based new venture competitive advantage.The results of moderating effect test show that environmental dynamics has no significant moderating effect on the relationship between opportunity recogni-tion capability and technology-based new venture competitive advantage,but has a positive moderating effect on the relationship between resource integration capability and technology-based new venture competitive advantage.In addition,entrepreneurial orientation has a positive moderating effect on the relationship between dynamic capa-bility(opportunity identification and resource integration ability)and technology-based new venture competitive advantage.This research clarifies the relationship and contingency factors between dynamic capability and tech-nology-based new venture competitive advantage in digital context,and enrich the relevant research theories of dy-namic capability in digital context.
