Taking Songs as Media:On the Construction and Generation of the Spreading Network of Red Songs in the Soviet Area
Red songs were the most important means of propaganda for the Soviet revolution,and the most impor-tant form of literature and art in the Soviet Area.Singing was the most daily and ritualized collective way of life for the people in the Soviet Area.Through the performances of revolutionary art groups,the publishing of revolutiona-ry newspapers and wall newspapers,the education in red classrooms,the publishing and reprinting of song books and other means of communication,the revolutionaries constructed a flexible and detailed network of red songs,made the impassioned singing floating everywhere in the revolutionary countryside.Taking songs as a media,the revolutionaries rebuilt the public life of the rural people and created a revolutionary community full of passion.
