"双碳"目标下江西省农业绿色发展评价及路径优化研究

"双碳"目标的提出为江西省农业绿色发展指明了新方向。基于2017-2022年江西省面板数据,从资源利用、环境友好、生态优化和绿色供给4个方面构建江西省农业绿色发展评价指标体系,运用熵权法综合评价江西省农业绿色发展水平。研究表明:江西省农业绿色发展水平取得明显提升,综合得分从2017年的0。127 5上升到2022年的0。829 0,年均增长率为45。41%;2022年资源利用、环境友好、生态优化和绿色供给的综合得分分别为0。285 3、0。205 8、0。202 3和0。135 5。在"双碳"目标导向下,江西省要以固碳减排作为农业绿色发展的重要领域,以科技创新为引擎,发展农业新质生产力;以产业链融合为先导,构建现代农业产业体系;以协同发展为引领,培育现代农业经营主体;以激励约束为要点,完善农业绿色发展体制机制,推进农业绿色发展,助力"双碳"目标实现。
Evaluation and Path Optimization of Agricultural Green Development in Jiangxi Province in the Context of"Dual Carbon"Goals
The proposal of"dual carbon"goals indicates direction for the green development of agriculture in Jian-gxi Province.With the entropy weight method,based on the panel data of Jiangxi Province from 2017 to 2022,a comprehensive evaluation index system for agricultural green development in Jiangxi Province is constructed from four aspects:resource utilization,environmental friendliness,ecological optimization and green supply,to com-prehensively evaluate the level of agricultural green development in Jiangxi Province.Research shows that from a temporal perspective,the level of agricultural green development in Jiangxi Province has been significantly im-proved,with a comprehensive score rising from 0.127 5 in 2017 to 0.829 0 in 2022,and an average annual growth rate of 45.41%.The comprehensive scores for resource utilization,environmental friendliness,ecological optimization,and green supply in 2022 are 0.285 3,0.205 8,0.202 3,and 0.135 5,respectively.Under the guidance of the"dual carbon"goals,Jiangxi Province should take carbon sequestration and emission reduction as an important area for agricultural green development to develop new agricultural productivity with technological in-novation as the engine,build a modern agricultural industry system with the integration of the industrial chain as the guide,cultivate modern agricultural management entities with collaborative development as the lead and im-prove the institutional mechanisms for green agricultural development with incentives and constraints as the main point so as to promote green agricultural development and help achieve the"dual carbon"goals.
