Research on the Mode of Role Models in Higher Education from the Perspective of Cultivating Morality and Talents in the New Era:Taking the"Advanced Figure Sculptures"of East China University of Technology as an Example
With the diversification of value choices on the internet and the enhancement of college students'sub-jective consciousness,role model education needs to be more closely aligned with students'needs and its effective-ness to be improved.In cultivating advanced typical figures,colleges and universities should explore and practice from multiple levels,such as value orientation,mechanism design,path selection,and carrier positioning.We should focus on innovating and constructing a new model of"branding"ideological and political education,and through fully exploring school-based resources,we shape"models around us"as fresh ideological and political work resources.This model has successfully achieved significant improvement in the effectiveness of education,namely the transformation"from the horizon to the side"and"from the individual to the whole",as well as the practical improvement"from being moved to action".
