数字化转型背景下的智慧学习云平台:构建、应用与评价

大数据、人工智能等数字化技术引领人类社会不断发展,在线教育也进入数字化转型的拐点阶段.当前,在线教育仍存在系统整合不足、学习体验不佳、数据共享不畅、教学质量监测薄弱和资源融合共享困难等问题.智慧学习云平台作为数字技术革新背景下在线教育全流程的重要抓手,是开放大学实现教育数字化转型的重要基座.从开放大学在线学习的现状出发,遵循以学生为中心、智能技术融合、育人场景统筹的原则,探索智慧学习云平台的架构建设、功能设计与应用效果.针对应用效果,利用技术接受模型对师生与教学管理者智慧学习云平台的使用体验进行了系统评价,发现师生与教学管理者整体满意度较高,智慧学习云平台有效支撑了开放教育、成人高等教育等多层次人才培养.
Smart Learning Cloud Platforms in the Context of Digital Transformation:Construction,Application,and Evaluation
Digital technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence are leading the development of human so-ciety,and the field of online education has entered a turning point of digital transformation.However,current on-line education still faces challenges such as insufficient system integration,poor learning experience,poor data sharing,weak teaching quality monitoring,and difficulties in resource integration and sharing.As an important tool for digital technology innovation in the entire process of online teaching,the smart learning cloud platform is an important base for open universities to achieve educational digital transformation.This article starts with the current situation of online learning in open universities,and follows the principles of student-centered,intelligent technology integration and overall planning of educational scenarios to explore the framework construction,func-tion design,and application effectiveness of a smart learning cloud platform.In terms of application effectiveness,the article uses a technology acceptance model to systematically evaluate the experience of users:teachers,students,and teaching administrators.It is found that the overall satisfaction of the users is high,which effective-ly supports the cultivation of multi-level talents in open education,adult education,and other fields.
