改进的QuEChERS气相色谱-质谱法检测豆浆中18种邻苯二甲酸酯

建立了豆浆中18种邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂的QuEChERS提取净化,气相色谱-质谱法检测技术,内标法定量.考察了基质效应,QuEChERS萃取技术.样品用乙腈均质提取,采用PSA、LC-C18和Envi-carb混合填料分散萃取净化.在优化的条件下,18种增塑剂均具有较好的线性相关性,线性相关系数均大于0.9976,添加回收率、相对标准偏差分别为84.6%~101.1%、2.1%~5.8%;方法的检出限均小于0.05 mg/kg.该方法操作简单,快速,环保,灵敏度高,准确度好.
Determination of 18 Phthalate Acid Esters in Soya Bean Milk Using the Modified QuEChERS Sample Preparation Method and Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry
This work reports a rapid,specific and sensitive multi-residue method based on the Quick Easy Cheap Effective Rugged and Safe(QuEChERS) sample preparation method and gas chromatography with mass spectrometry detection in the selected ion monitoring mode(GC-MS-SIM) using isotope internal standard for the routine analysis of 18 phthalate acid esters(PAEs) in Soya bean milk.Matrix effect and QuEChERS methods was carefully investigated.Soya bean milk was extracted by acetonitrile,then cleaned-up using solid phase extraction with mixed sorbents of anhydrous magnesium sulfate,PSA,LCC18 and Envi-carb.18 PAEs showed good linearity with all R2 higher than 0.9976.The recovery and relative standard devition(RSD) were 84.6%-101.1% and 2.1% 5.8%,respectively.The method was sensitive with the detection limits lower than 0.05 mg/kg (S/N =3).The developed method has been proved to be convenient,time-saving,environmental-friendly,accurate and sensitive.
