A Rapid Screening Method for Poppy Husk Alkaloids in Food Based on Orbit-trap High Resolution Mass Spectrometry
A rapid screening method for five kinds of poppy husk alkaloids in food was established by ultra high performance liquid chromatography-quaternary pole/orbital trap high resolution mass spectrometry.And a mass spectrum database was established to realize high throughput screening without standard substances.Five kinds of poppy husk alkaloids from food were extracted by optimized processing method and separated by HILIC column.Morphine,codeine,papaverine,narcotine and tibaine were detected by Full MS/dd MS2.The linear range were 1-100 ng/mL,the correlation coefficients were greater than 0.99,the detection limits were 0.1-0.5 μg/kg,the recoveries were 69.9％-118.7％,and the relative standard deviations were 3.2％-15.4％.The method was simple,sensitive and reproducible,and could be used for the rapid screening of poppy husk alkaloids in food.
