Determination of Bromadiolone in Soil by Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry
At present, there are few studies on the determination and quantitative methods of bromadiolone in soil.In this study,a liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS)method was developed for the determination of bromadiolone in soil by ethanol ultrasonic extraction and direct injection analysis.Qualitative analysis of the target was completed based on the information of multiple reaction monitoring ion pair and retention time, and quantitative analysis was carried out according to the peak area of the quantitative ion using external standard method. The results showed good linearity was obtained in the range of 0.5-100 ng/mL,and the correlation coefficient was more than 0.99.The limit of detection was 0.795 ng/g and the limit of quantification was 2.55 ng/g.The average recoveries and relative standard deviations were 88.4%-93.9%and 3.1%-6.7%,respectively.This method was sensitive, accurate and simple to operate, and suitable for qualitative and quantitative analysis of bromadiolone in soil.It could provide technical support for the assessment of bromadiolone residues in environmental soil.
