Determination of the Migration of Endocrine Disruptors from Children's Face Cream by Hydroxylated Multi-walled Carbon Nanotubes Solid Phase Extraction Combined with Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry
A method for determination of the migration of 13 endocrine disruptors in children's face cream was developed. The sample was extracted with ammonia and acetonitrile(1∶9,V/V),purified by hydroxylated multi-walled carbon nanotubes solid phase extraction, then detected by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry in negative electrospray ionization mode, and quantified by matrix external standard method.Under the optimal experimental conditions, the linear correlation coefficients of 13 endocrine disruptors were 0.9915-0.9996,the detection limits were 0.3-1.5 μg/kg,and the limits of quantification were 1.0-5.0 μg/kg.The recoveries were 81.5%-109.4%with the relative standard deviations of 1.9%-9.2%at three spiked levels. The method is convenient, selective and sensitive, and can be used for the determination of endocrine disruptors in children's face cream.
