检测黄曲霉毒素样品前处理的最新研究进展

食品中黄曲霉毒素具有致癌、致畸、致突变等危害,高效检测其含量对保障食品安全和人体健康具有重要意义.由于样品中黄曲霉毒素浓度低、样品基质复杂、干扰物多样,因此研究选择性高、富集能力强、去干扰效果好的样品前处理方法是提升检测黄曲霉毒素能力的关键环节.本文综述了近年来检测黄曲霉毒素样品前处理技术的最新研究进展,包括基于不同萃取材料的纳米纤维固相萃取、液相萃取、免疫亲和层析、超声及微波辅助萃取等,并对其在食品分析领域的发展前景作了展望,为食品卫生的新发展提供重要参考.
Advances in Sample Pretreatment of Aflatoxin Analysis
Aflatoxins in foods possess the carcinogenic,teratogenic and mutagenic feature,and other hazards.Efficient analysis of aflatoxin concentration is of great significance to ensure food safety and human health.Due to the low content of aflatoxins,complex sample matrix and various impurities,it is crucial to improve the sensitivity of sample pretreatment and detection method with the high selectivity,strong enrichment ability and preferable decontamination effect.In this paper,the advance in sample pretreatment of aflatoxin analysis in recent years was reviewed,including packed-fiber solid-phase extraction,liquid-phase extraction,immunoaffinity chromatography,ultrasonic and microwave-assisted extraction.Lastly,the prospect of its development in the field of food analysis was presented and significative reference for the development of food safety was provided.
