The modernization of national governance is an important part of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chi-nese characteristics in the new era,and it is also a strong guarantee for the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The exploration of my country's national governance evaluation standards has gone through multiple stages and effec-tively promoted the national governance process.It is difficult to reveal the national governance model led by the Communist Party of China and the Chinese characteristics of Chinese-style state governance.The rule of law evaluation of Chinese-style state governance traces the historical evolution of Chinese-style national governance goals,and has a profound legal ba-sis.The main body system and system construction,governance process and governance effectiveness constitute an important content of evaluation standards under dual dimensions of governance systems and governance capabilities,respectively.The party governance,economic development,government governance,cultural construction,social governance,and ecological en-vironment are important areas of the application of Chinese national governance of the rule of law.Through evaluation stand-ards to test the degree of realization of the country's governance modernization,we need to build a third-party implementation mechanism for the evaluation standards for the rule of law of the rule of law with third parties as the evaluation subject and the combination of quantitative and qualitatively,and the application of the Chinese-style national governance of the rule of law.
