Currently,the field of economic criminal law has become a major area of legislative expansion,characterized by diverse methods,proactive measures,and frequent changes.The expansion of economic criminal law legislation has inher-ent inevitability,which means that the primary trend for a considerable period in the future will continue to be expansion.However,legislative expansion and judicial restriction are"two sides of the same coin"in the functionality of criminal law.The stance of judicial restriction should not be abandoned just because of the expanding trend of legislation.In the field of economic criminal law,amidst the continuous legislative expansion,it is necessary to firmly adhere to the principle of legality,strictly follow the logical framework,accurately grasp the legislative spirit,effectively achieve a balance between crime and punish-ment,and appropriately coordinate with other types of laws and regulations.These five paths must be continuously reinforced to ensure judicial restriction,uphold the principle of modesty in criminal law,and prevent over-criminalization.
