Meta-regulation theory not only respects the primacy and dominance of Internet platform self-regulation,but also advocates government re-regulation to make up for or dissolve the defects of Internet platform self-regulation,which provides a feasible institutional paradigm and operational program for solving the Internet platform governance prob-lems.Internet platform meta-regulation should take the quasi-legislative,quasi-executive,quasi-judicial,and digital pri-vate power regulation of the Internet platform as the implementation path,adhere to the synergistic regulation of multiple main bodies,and form a strong co-governance synergy as far as possible;adhere to the protection of private rights and the protec-tion of the public interest,and realize the maximization of social welfare as far as possible;adhere to the priority of preventive regulation,and prevent the platform risk as far as possible;and adhere to the tolerant and prudent regulation,external incen-tives and constraints,and stimulate the platform's autonomy and innovative vitality as much as possible.
