The thesis jurisprudence is an important basis for the transformation of ancient Roman jurisprudence into na-tion-state jurisprudence,and also an important method of modern jurisprudence research.In the past hundred years,there have been some important topics in constitutional law,such as"enacting Constitution","implementing Constitution","protec-ting Constitution"and"enforcing Constitution".From the perspective of thesis jurisprudence,Constitution-enacting is a pre-set topic for the implementation of the Constitution,but it needs to be incorporated into the Constitution text as the"right to amend the Constitution"in the practice of the rule of law,and should not be set as the core topic for the construction of the Constitutional norm system and the knowledge system.In view of the legal value of Constitutional authority,the proposition of Constitutional implementation also has important legal significance."Constitution implementation"is rooted in China's vivid constitutional practice and rule of law practice.Therefore,it has become the core topic of China's constitution autonomous knowledge system and constitutes the"Archimedes point"of China's autonomous legal knowledge system.
