A suit of radio interferometry data processing system based on open source software such as Distributed FX (DiFX),Spacecraft Planet Instrument Camera-matrix Events (SPICE),Haystack Observatory Postprocessing System (HOPS)and Astronomical Image Processing System (AIPS)used for data correlation processing of deep space detector signals has been built to carry out a better radio interferometry experiment.Architecture and composi-tion of the system were introduced and operational principle and functions of each module were de-scribed.Observations with Chang'e-3 lander were made and experiment data was processed using the data processing system. The results show that the system realizes the functions of correlation processing, fringe fitting and time-de-lay estimation for deep space detector signals, validating capability of the system to provide support to data process-ing in China's Chang'e-5 mission and Mars exploration missions.
