Northern Anhui is a regional concept and a cultural existence.As the core circle of Huaihe River culture,the culture of northern Anhui is a regional culture formed on the basis of integrating the culture of Central Plains and Jianghuai,and is the entire fruit created by the people of all ethnic groups in northern Anhui in their long-term production and life and their labor for generations.It has obvious compatibility and transitional characteristics.In the long process of civilization development,the northern Anhui region has formed a thick historical culture,produced rich cultural resources,and increasingly played a positive social function,which are mainly embodied in value guidance,enabling development,and political education.
