Spatial Imbalance and Remodeling of Residents Relocation in the Flood Storage Area of Huaihe River Basin:Based on a Field Study of Mengwa Flood Storage Area
In the relocation project of residents in the flood storage area of the Huaihe River Basin, there is a contradiction between the residents'willingness to relocate and the implementation of the policy, and it is of great significance to clearly understand the contradictory phenomenon of the relocation process of residents in the flood storage area. This paper analyzes the process of relocation of residents in Mengwa Flood Storage Area from the perspective of spatial theory, and finds that spatial imbalance is the main factor affecting this independent contradiction. The inadaptability of physical space changes, the structural destruction of social space and the path dependence of psychological space lead to the spatial imbalance of residents'relocation. In combination with the construction of digital villages in the context of rural revitalization,we should actively guide relocated residents to participate in Internet activities, carry out social exchanges and spatial interactions in cyberspace, and reshape a new spatial balance.
