Abstract
Putting people first is the fundamental political position of the Communist Party of China in governing the country,and it is also the original intention and refinement of the Communist Party of China's glorious century-old history.Xi Jinping's cultural thought has a broad and profound historical depth,drawing on the people-oriented thought in traditional Chinese culture,inheriting the people's position in Marxist cultural theory,promoting the people's cultural view of the Communist Party of China,clarifying the value orientation,value principles,and value goals of cultural construction in the new era,and demonstrating distinctive people-oriented characteristics.To achieve the second centenary goal,it is necessary to adhere to Xi Jinping's cultural thought as the fundamental guideline and action guideline,uphold self-confidence,self-strengthening,openness,inclusiveness,and adherence to the original principles and innovation,and promote the construction of a cultural powerhouse while serving the people.
