摘要
和合文化是中华优秀传统文化的瑰宝,承载了中华民族的智慧和精神.将和合文化的精髓融入高校思想政治教育,在个人、社会、国家三个维度具有重要的时代价值;针对思想政治教育者、受教育者、教育内容、教育方式存在的现实困境,应从队伍建设、课程体系、平台建设、社会实践四个方面着手,提升教师文化素养,增进学生文化认同,深化和合文化研究,加强学生文化体验,促进和合文化融入高校思想政治教育,从而提升思政教育的实效性.
Abstract
Harmonious culture is a treasure of Chinese excellent traditional culture,carrying the wisdom and spirit of the Chinese nation.Integrating the essence of harmonious culture into ideological and political education in colleges and universities has important contemporary value in three dimensions:individual,society,and country.In response to the practical difficulties existing in ideological and political educators,educatees,educational content,and educational methods,we should start from four aspects:team building,curriculum system,platform construction,and social practice,enhance teachers'cultural literacy,promote students'cultural identity,deepen research on harmonious culture,strengthen students'cultural experience,and promote the integration of harmonious culture into ideological and political education in colleges and universities,thereby enhancing the effectiveness of ideological and political education.
