The interactive research between rhetoric and vocabulary has a long history,and this paper reviews and prospects this field of study.The full text is divided into four parts:interactive research based on vocabulary,interactive research based on rhetoric,deficiencies in existing research,and subsequent advancements in interactive research.The article argues that to further advance this research,it is necessary to recognize that the interaction between rhetoric and vocabulary is an essential aspect of language.Strategically,we should conduct dynamic investigations that bridge the gap between ancient and modern times,and consider both synchronic and diachronic perspectives.Theoretically,we must continue to refine and innovate upon the foundation of existing research.
