摘要
公共文化服务实现高质量发展是中国特色社会主义现代化建设进入新发展阶段的必然要求.通过文献调查法和网络调查法对安徽省农村公共文化服务现状进行研究发现,近年来,安徽省农村公共文化服务机构不断增加,基础设施不断完善,创新模式不断涌现,服务效能不断提升,农村居民的获得感和幸福感不断增强.存在的问题主要有:供给质量偏低、供需不匹配矛盾突出、资金和人员保障力不足、产品创新开发能力不足等.鉴于此,需要通过全力推进公共文化服务均衡发展、品质发展和特色发展,来实现安徽农村公共文化服务的高质量发展.
Abstract
Achieving high-quality development of public cultural services is an inevitable requirement for the socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics to enter a new stage of development.Through literature surveys and online surveys,this study examined the current status of rural public cultural services in Anhui Province.In recent years,Anhui Province has witnessed a continuous increase in rural public cultural service institutions,with continuously improved infrastructure,emerging innovative models,and continuously enhanced service efficiency.Consequently,rural residents'sense of gain and happiness has continued to increase.However,several issues remain,including low supply quality,prominent contradictions between supply and demand mismatches,insufficient funding and personnel support,and inadequate product innovation and development capabilities.In view of this,it is necessary to fully promote balanced,quality,and specialized development of public cultural services to achieve high-quality development of rural public cultural services in Anhui Province.
