汉语古诗英译策略体系下《回乡偶书》四维研究

摘要
本文以汉语古诗英译策略体系为理论框架,选取《回乡偶书》英文译本中的十首代表性译作为研究语料,综合使用语料库和文本分析的方法,从译诗的语言易化策略、译诗的形式多样化策略、译诗的词语转换策略以及附翻译扩展策略四个维度对之进行描写对比研究,整体性地探讨不同译者的翻译策略异同并分析其选择动因.研究发现,不同译者因受其翻译观、翻译原则、翻译目的及诗学等因素影响,对汉语古诗英译采用的翻译策略差异较大,产生的翻译效果也不尽相同.
Abstract
Based on the system of strategies in the English translations of classical Chinese poetry,the paper conducts a multi-dimensional descriptive research on comparing ten English translations of"Hui Xiang Ou Shu"by He Zhizhang.Corpus linguistics and text analysis are used.It is found that the ten translations feature differently on four levels and the choice of strategies is influenced by various elements,such as the views of the translator,the translation principles,the translation purposes and poetics.
