Dynamic and static performance of metal rubber composite vibration isolator
Design a symmetrical metal rubber and wire spring composite isolator, based on overall isolation, considering the flexibility factor of the installation plate, and establish a corresponding equivalent linear dynamic model.Through quasi-static mechanical tests, the influence of wire spring stiffness, metal rubber density, and loading displacement on the quasi-static performance of metal rub-ber composite isolators is analyzed. At the same time, random vibration tests are conducted to study the isolation performance of metal rubber composite isolators in overall isolation. The experimental results indicate that the stiffness characteristics of the composite specimen tend to have a linear effect. The peak attenuation of the metal rubber composite isolator at the resonance point is more than 5 times that of the line spring isolator, and the random vibration response of the system has a significant degree of attenuation in the frequency range from 0.12 to 2.00 kHz.
