Vapor liquid equilibrium of acetone butanone alcohol and acetone diacetone alcohol
The vapor-liquid equilibrium data of acetone butanone alcohol and acetone diacetone alcohol binary systems at 101.3 kPa were measured with Rose vapor-liquid equilibrium kettle, and Wilson,NRTL and UNIQUAC models were used to correlate the measured experimental data, and the corresponding binary interaction parameters were obtained. The predicted vapor-liquid phase equilibri-um of the system is in good agreement with the experimental values, indicating that all three models can accurately describe the phase equilibrium behavior of the system. The Herrington empirical method was used to perform thermodynamic consistency testing on phase equilibrium data, and the results showed that the measured data was reliable. The results of this study can provide basic data for the process design of butanone alcohol production.
