Structure refinement and properties of red phosphor CaAlSiN3∶Eu2+
Eu-doped nitrite phosphor Ca1-xAlSiN3∶xEu2+were synthesized by high-temperature solid-state method,and the best sample was Ca099AlSiN3∶0.01 Eu2+.The results show that the grain size of Ca0.99AlSiN3∶0.01Eu2+is about 10 μm,and the distribution of the elements is uniform.The Rietveld refinement pattern was basically consistent with the observed XRD results,and it belonged to the monoclinic crystal structure.The color coordinate is(0.645 1,0.354 5),locating in the red emission region.The color purity is as high as 100%.The relevant color temperature is 2 449 K,belonging to the low color temperature.The phosphor shows good thermal stability in the range of 298 to 473 K,and the activation energy is 0.26 eV,which has a broad market prospect.
