利用Lamb波时间反转法的套筒灌浆连接缺陷位置检测

针对装配式建筑中套筒灌浆连接件缺陷位置难确定的问题,建立套筒灌浆连接结构有限元模型,采用Lamb波研究套筒灌浆连接结构中的传播规律.在确定最佳激励信号的基础上,检测出灌浆料损伤缺陷位置,同时设置无损伤测区与有损伤测区.结果表明,有损伤测区聚焦峰值与无损伤测区聚焦峰值均值相比下降11.70%,说明采用Lamb波时间反转法可实现预埋状态下套筒灌浆连接结构内部缺陷位置的判断.其对套筒灌浆连接缺陷定位是有效的,在结构无损检测领域具有良好的应用前景.
Defect location of grouting sleeve connection detect using Lamb wave time reversal method
In view of the defect location of grouting sleeve connector in prefabricated buildings,the finite element model of grouting sleeve structure is established,and the propagation rule of grouting sleeve structure is studied by Lamb wave.On the basis of determining the best excitation signal,the damage defect location of the grouting material was detected.Moreover the damage-free and damaged measuring areas were set.The results show that the focusing peak in the damaged area decreased by 11.70%compared with the average value of the focusing peak in the undamaged area,which shows the judgment of the Lamb wave time reversal method.It is effective in locate the defects of grouting sleeve and has good application prospect in the field of structural nondestructive testing.
