交叉效率模型用于国家大学科技园创业孵化效率关键因素分析

基于数据包络分析(DEA)中的交叉效率模型对影响国家大学科技园效率的关键因素进行分析,并运用该模型对我国不同地区国家大学科技园的创业孵化效率进行测度,探索我国不同地区国家大学科技园创业孵化效率的提升路径.然后建立逐步回归模型研究投入指标对综合产出指标的影响.研究结果显示:1)我国国家大学科技园创业孵化效率区域不均衡现象显著,东部地区的创业孵化效率普遍高于中西地区,中西部地区创业孵化效率具体较大改进空间;2)大多数地区国家大学科技园没有充分发挥资源效用,并且部分地区的国家大学科技园需要进一步提升其产出水平,需要优化人力资源配置、精细化财务预算控制,促进科技园区的可持续发展;3)从业人员总数、孵化基金总额的回归系数分别为22.6244 和2.3647,即从业人员总数与孵化基金总额增加时,综合产出也将随之增加.研究结果有助于促进大学科技园创业孵化效率的提升.
Analysis of key factors in the efficiency of entrepreneurship incubation in national university science and technology parks based on cross-efficiency model
Based on the cross-efficiency model in data envelopment analysis(DEA),this paper first analyzes the key factors affecting the efficiency of national university science and technology parks,and uses the model to measure the entrepreneurial incubation efficiency of national university science and technology parks in different regions of China,and explores the paths to improve the entrepreneurial incubation efficiency of national university science and technology parks in different regions of China.Plus,a stepwise regression model was established to study the impact of input indicators on compre-hensive output indicators.The research results show that there is a significant regional imbalance in the efficiency of entrepreneurship incubation in China's national university science and technology parks.The efficiency of entrepreneurship incubation in the eastern region is generally higher than that in the central and western regions which has a large room for improvement.For most national university science and technology parks,strengthening resource management capabilities,avoiding redundancy and waste of input resources as much as possible,and enhancing output capacity are the keys to improving the efficiency of entrepreneurship incubation in national university science and technology parks in various regions.The regression coefficients of the total number of employees and the total amount of incubation funds are 22.624 4 and 2.364 7 respectively,which have a significant positive impact on comprehensive output.The research results contribute to promoting the efficiency of entre-preneurship incubation in university science and technology parks.
