医疗防护用防水透湿非织造复合材料的制备及性能

摘要
为进一步优化医疗防护材料的防护性能和穿着舒适性,设计了一种由SS表层、SMMS中层和SS衬层组成的防水透湿非织造复合材料.采用三抗整理剂、纳米二氧化硅(SiO2)对表层材料进行聚合物改性,采用聚乙二醇(PEG)对衬层材料进行改性处理,热轧复合得到防水透湿非织造复合材料样品,并测试了样品的力学性能、湿舒适性能和医疗防护特性.结果表明:受益于多层致密结构,样品纵向断裂强力为143.18 N,横向断裂强力为68.54 N,样品耐破度可达1 126.75 kPa,均高于GB 19082-2009标准的要求;样品的耐静水压值为22.82 kPa,过滤效率高达99.82%,可有效抵御各类液体和非油性颗粒的渗透;样品透气率达6.89 mm/s,水蒸气透过率为4 637 g/(m2·d),兼具有高防护特性和湿舒适性,远优于复合透气膜等同类医疗防护产品.
Abstract
To further optimize the protective efficacy and wearing comfort of medical protective materials,hydrophobic breathable composite nonwovens have been meticulously engineered.The composite nonwovens,composed of SS surface layer,SMMS middle layer,and SS lining layer,undergoes polymer modification using a ternary antistatic agent and nano silicon dioxide(SiO2),while the backing material underwent modification treatment with polyethylene glycol(PEG),followed by hot-rolling composite to yield samples of waterproof and breathable composite nonwovens.The mechanical properties,moisture comfort performance and medical protective characteristics of the samples were tested.The results show that the fracture strength of the samples is 143.18 N in longitudinal direction and 68.54 N in transverse direction,and the bursting strength is 1 126.75 kPa,which is higher than the GB 19082-2009 standard.The hydrostatic pressure of the sample is 22.82 kPa,the filtration efficiency is 99.82%,the permeability of the sample is 6.89 mm/s,the permeability of the water vapor is 4 637 g/(m2·d),with both high protective characteristics and wet comfort,far superior to the composite breathable film and other similar medical protection products.
