高度城市化地区暴雨内涝过程模拟研究——以杭州城区为例

以杭州市3个典型的高度城市化地区为例,基于InfoWorks ICM构建适用于社区尺度的暴雨内涝模型,并结合历史降雨和实测内涝点数据对模型进行验证.结果表明:(1)2023年11日9日和11月16日两场真实降雨的模拟精度分别为93.1%和89.6%,模型具有较高的模拟精度;(2)5a一遇、10a一遇、20a-遇和50a-遇4场设计暴雨的模拟结果显示随着降雨量增大,积水深度、面积以及积水影响面积均呈增加趋势,研究区内积水深度超过0.40m的面积从0.02km2增至0.05km2,特别是在西湖东侧的劳动路、钱塘江西侧的之江路以及上城区人民法院南侧等地区积水严重.
Rainstorm and Waterlogging Process Simulation in Highly Urbanized Areas:Taking Hangzhou City as an Example
Taking three typical highly urbanized areas in Hangzhou City as examples,we constructed a rainstorm and waterlogging model suitable for community scale based on InfoWorks ICM,and verified it by combining historical rainfall and measured waterlogging point data.As the results show:(1)The simulation accuracy of two real rainfall events on November 9,2023 and November 16,2023 are 93.1%and 89.6%respectively,indicating that the simulation accuracy of the model is high;(2)The simulation results of four designed rainfall events with the recurrence period of 5 years,10 years,20 years,and 50 years show that the depth and the area of accumulation water,and the area affected by water accumulation all show an increasing trend with the increase of rainfall.The area with a water depth exceeding 0.40m in the study area increases from 0.02km2 to 0.05km2,and in the areas such as the Labor Road on the east side of West Lake,Zhijiang Road on the west side of Qiantang River,and the south side of the Shangcheng District People's Court,the water accumulation is especially severe.
