在研究应急物流韧性理论的基础上,结合物流实际状况与应急物流韧性特点,从物流经济、物流基础、人才创新环境和社会韧性4个维度构建应急物流韧性评价指标体系.通过因子分析法和K-均值聚类法,对四川省城市应急物流韧性进行量化评价.结果表明:2018-2022年四川省城市应急物流韧性评估得分整体呈现波动式缓慢提升的趋势;成都市得分最高,可达0.756分,而甘孜州最低,为0.047分;地区分布具有明显差异性和提升空间,据此提出了提升该地区应急物流韧性的相关建议.
Assessment of Urban Emergency Logistics Resilience in Sichuan Province
Based on the theoretical framework of emergency logistics resilience,combined with actual development status and resilience characteristics of emergency logistics,we established an evaluation index system for regional emergency logistics resilience from four dimensions,such as logistics economy,logistics infrastructure,talent innovation environment,and social resilience.Then,the emergency logistics resilience in this region is quantitatively assessed by the factor analysis method and the K-means clustering method.As the results show,the evaluation scores of urban emergency logistics resilience show a slow and fluctuating upward trend in Sichuan Province from 2018 to 2022.The evaluation score in Chengdu is highest(0.756),and that of Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture is lowest(0.047).In addition,the regional distribution of emergency logistics resilience exhibits significant differences and the emergency logistics resilience in Sichuan Province has potential for improvement.On the basis of it,the corresponding suggestion for enhancing the emergency logistics resilience in Sichuan Province is proposed.
