Optimization of rational production system for horizontal well development in continental shale oil:A case of the second member of Funing Formation in Block A of Subei Basin
To maximize the recovery rate of continental shale oil during its whole life cycle,a reasonable production system is established for horizontal well development. In the target area of the second member of the Funing Formation of Block A in the Subei Basin, the reservoir development characteristics were studied by using well seismic data. The integrated geoengineering model of"geology-development-geostress-fracture propagation"was established to optimize the rational production system for shale oil horizontal well development. The results show that rock type, fracture distribution, rock mechanical parameters, and engineering construction parameters are the key factors affecting the accuracy of the integrated geological engineering model for shale oil.The reasonable well opening time after fracturing is determined to be 20 days, the suitable production pressure difference is 10 MPa,the reasonable CO2 stimulation timing is the wellbore pressure dropping to about 1.5 MPa,and the reasonable CO2 stimulation soaking time is 15 days, forming the optimization process of the reasonable production system for shale oil horizontal well development. The research results play an important role in supporting continental shale oil's long-term stable production and efficient development.
