The subtle oil and gas reservoirs, such as beach bar sand in the SHB area of northern Jinhu Sag,are relatively developed. At present, the seismic data are insufficient to explore this kind of oil and gas reservoir, which cannot meet the requirements of fine characterization of sand bodies. The bidirectional extension technology of compressed sensing seismic frequency band is an innovative technology that effectively broadens the seismic frequency band through reflection coefficient inversion in the compressed sensing domain.Applying this technology in the processing, interpretation, and inversion of seismic date and identification of sand bodies in the SHB area effectively improves the accuracy of exploring the above subtle reservoirs. It lays a foundation for the subsequent application and promotion of this technology.
