渤海C油田注水井欠注原因分析及治理对策

渤海C油田东营组东三段为厚层复杂强非均质性断块油藏,储层物性差异大,具有中低孔、中低渗特征,部分注水井存在高压欠注问题.为了改善注水开发效果,从储层物性、储层敏感性、注入水配伍性、注采动态连通性等方面分析欠注原因,并针对主要原因制定相应的治理对策.研究表明:欠注的主要原因有两个,一是注入水与地层水不配伍结垢污染堵塞储层;二是低渗注水层段渗流阻力大、注采动态连通性差.因此,研发了适用于该油田的低渗强溶酸液、耐高温防垢剂以及纳米活性体系,进行除垢、防垢及提高低渗注水层段的渗流能力,达到降压增注的目的.现场实施取得了显著的降压增注效果,且有效期长,对应油井注水受效明显.
The third member of the Dongying Formation of C Oilfield in Bohai Sea is a thick-layer complex and strong heterogeneous fault-block reservoir with significant differences in reservoir properties and characteristics of medium-low porosity and medium-low permeability.Some water injection wells have under-injection problems at high pressure.In order to improve the development effect of water injection,the causes of under-injection are analyzed from the aspects of reservoir physical property,reservoir sensitivity,injected water compatibility,dynamic connectivity of injection and production,and corresponding countermeasures are formulated for the leading causes.The results show that there are two main reasons for under-injection:one is the incompatibility of injected water and formation water,fouling and fouling the reservoir;the other is the seepage resistance of low permeability waterflood zone is large and the dynamic connectivity of injection and production is poor.Therefore,the low permeability strong acid solution,high-temperature anti-scaling agent,and nano active system for the oilfield was developed to remove scale,prevent scale,and improve the seepage capacity of the low permeability water injection interval,to reduce pressure and increase injection.The field implementation has achieved the remarkable effect of reducing pressure and increasing injection.The validity period is extended,corresponding to the water injection of oil wells to achieve apparent results.
