基于资料调研,通过对聚合物类、弹性颗粒类及晶须类增韧材料进行三元复配,形成了一种复合增韧材料.在同等加量下,该复合增韧材料比单一增韧原材料降弹模效果好,起到正混杂效果,加入复合增韧材料后的韧性水泥石弹性模量与净浆相比可降低26%~30%,同时对水泥浆的稠化时间、失水、稳定性等施工性能无不良影响.该材料在川渝页岩气井进行了应用,现场固井施工顺利,固井质量优,为后续加大该复合增韧材料在页岩油气井、储气库等的推广应用打下坚实基础.
Based on the data investigation,a composite toughening material was formed by ternary compounding of polymer,elastic particles,and whisker toughening materials.At the same dosage,the composite toughening material has a better elastic modulus reduction effect than a single toughening material and plays a positive hybrid effect.The elastic modulus of ductile cement stone after adding the composite toughening material can be reduced by 26%to 30%compared with that of the clean slurry and has no adverse effect on the construction performance of the cement slurry such as the thickening time,water loss,stability,etc.The material has been applied in shale gas wells in Sichuan and Chongqing,with smooth cementing construction and excellent cementing quality,which lays a favorable foundation for the popularization and application of the composite toughening material in shale oil and gas wells and gas storage reservoirs.
