Application of integrated directional drilling,logging,and geological guidance technology in the shale oil of the second member of the Funing Formation in the Gaoyou Sag
In order to ensure the efficient exploration and development of shale oil in the second member of the Funing Formation in the Gaoyou Sag,the integrated working mode of positioning,logging,and guidance has been promoted and applied.By selecting high-temperature resistant directional tools and building an integrated information platform for positioning,logging,and guidance,innovative geological guidance methods such as the"segmented control method"and"fault background multi-sweet-spot guidance technology"have been developed.This has been achieved through integrating multiple disciplines including directional drilling,logging,measurement while drilling,and geological guidance,forming an integrated technology for shale oil positioning,logging,and guidance in the northern Jiangsu working area.The application test of 8 shale oil wells on site shows that the integrated technology of positioning,logging,and guidance eliminates professional barriers in various engineering disciplines,significantly improves the drilling rate and mechanical drilling rate of high-quality reservoirs,and has strong prospects for promotion and market potential.
