淮安赵集地区已钻水平连通井40余口,钻井周期逐年呈下降趋势.随着开发的深入,地下井网越来越密,如何精细控制井眼轨迹,提高硝层钻遇率的难度越来越大.目前存在剩余盐硝资源少,挖掘难;溶腔空间形态不清,防窜风险高;钻井技术不配套、钻速井间差异大等问题.通过总结已钻井的施工经验,形成赵集盐矿盐硝井优快钻完井关键技术,包括丛式井组布井技术、三低轨迹控制技术、溶腔绕障技术、短半径侧钻水平井技术、饱和盐水钻井液体系技术等,为今后赵集盐矿钻井提速提质,提供借鉴和参考.
More than 40 horizontal interconnected wells have been drilled in the Zhaoji area of Huai'an,and the drilling cycle has been decreasing year by year.As development progresses,the underground well network becomes denser,making it increasingly difficult to finely control the wellbore trajectory and improve the drilling rate of the nitrate layer.At present,there are problems such as difficult in extraction due to scarce remaining salt and nitrate resources,unclear spatial morphology of dissolution cavities leading to a high risk of channeling,mismatched drilling technology,and significant differences in drilling speed between wells.This paper summarizes the construction experience of drilled wells and integrates key technologies for fast drilling and completion of salt and nitrate wells in the Zhaoji Salt Mine,including cluster well layout technology,three-low trajectory control technology,cavity obstacle avoidance technology,short-radius sidetracking horizontal well technology,and saturated saltwater drilling fluid system technology,providing reference for speeding up and improving drilling quality in the Zhaoji Salt Mine in the future.
