The Ⅰ-NODAL2 node instrument has been widely applied in seismic exploration in Jiangsu Oilfield. The traditional manual inspection method requires a lot of personnel and equipment, especially in areas with complex water networks, which is inefficient, costly, and risky. This article proposes the idea and methodology of using new technologies such as unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)to improve the quality inspection process for this node instrument.Preliminary research has been conducted in several seismic acquisition projects in Jiangsu Oilfield, and large-scale applications have been achieved.Key technologies such as point-by-point offset quality inspection,point-by-point variable height quality inspection,air-ground synchronized control, and data transmission have been implemented. The workflow has been reorganized to form a new production organization plan, achieving the objectives of enhancing quality, accelerating speed, improving efficiency, reducing costs, and mitigating risks of quality inspection in seismic data acquisition.
