Autonomy and Regulation of Sex： An Interpretation on Sex Rights from the Vision of Legal Rules
Although human development is associated with liberation of sex, sex rights in the sense of rule of law are never total sex autonomy and freedom. Sex rights are the rights forever which are under legal rules and system, and respond to sex obligations and responsibilities. Sex rights are restricted by social rules and o- riginate from social cooperation. Therefore, autonomy of sex is the legal control of sex which is based on autonomy. In particular, this kind of legal control is reflected in the process of choices on marriage form, allocation of sex resources by country and game playing between country power and private strength.
