As an academic paradigm and concept,"Chinese path to modernization of the rule of law"itself should contain three meanings:firstly,"modernization of the rule of law"only has a"time of progress"and no"time of completion"."The rule of law"is not only a concept of contin-uous"modernization",but also a historical practice of continuous"modernization",and an eternal theme;Secondly,we should answer why"Chinese path to the rule of law"requires"modernization"and determine the path of modernization;Thirdly,the prospects of"Chinese path to modernization of the rule of law"are:the modernization of the rule of law led by the CPC,the modernization of the rule of law adhering to the socialist road,the modernization of the rule of law centering on the peo-ple,the modernization of the rule of law with a huge population,the modernization of the rule of law for the common prosperity of all people,the modernization of the rule of law ensuring the coordination of material civilization and spiritual civilization,the modernization of the rule of law guaranteeing the harmonious coexistence of human and nature,the modernization of the rule of law following the path of peaceful development,the modernization of the rule of law pursuing the whole-process people's democracy,and the modernization of the rule of law continuing the China's excellent traditional legal culture.
